Dr. William Vasilakis graduated from NortheasternIllinoisUniversity, Chicago, Illinois with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. He received his Doctorate in Psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology. He received additional training at the AdlerSchool of Psychology in Addiction Counseling and fulfilled an internship at AlexianBrothersHospital, Elk GroveIllinois, in Addiction Counseling. He is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Ohio.
Known as "Dr. Bill" or "Dr. V" to most, he has practiced for over 20 years in the field of clinical psychology. Dr. Vasilakis has specialized training in substance abuse, forensic psychology and forensic evaluation. He has worked extensively with the medical and legal communities, forensic psychology, medical and legal evaluations, and in the capacity as an expert witness. He has also worked extensively with adolescence and addiction psychology and addiction counseling and with corporate EAP programs. His professional memberships include the American Psychology Association, the Ohio Psychology Association and the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute.

Debra Killough graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign with a degree in Education, from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Business degree, and has completed post graduate work at the College of Executive Coaching.
After graduating from Illinois, she worked at the UAW/GM Joint Transition Center as a trainer and educator to a dislocated workforce when the foundry closed its doors. When the TransitionCenter closed, she moved to Ohio where she was hired by a steel company to design and implement a computer purchase program in a multi location setting. For participation in a volunteer training program, employees earned the opportunity to purchase computers and/or upgrades. She proudly says participation was close to 100%. As Training Coordinator, her responsibilities included mentoring and coaching the workforce. She began her present career at the Ohio Department of Youth Services working with adjudicated felony male sex offenders and felony substance abusers age 12-21.
Debra Killough, MBA
After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan in Delaware, Ohio with a Bachelor of Music Degree, Becky Jewell completed a Master of Education in Community Counseling at Ohio University. She has worked as a Psychology Assistant at Southeastern Correctional, New Horizons Mental Health Center and Paint Valley. Her career has included working with a diverse population over approximately 15 years. Married to a Methodist Minister, Becky is originally from a small town near Zanesville, Ohio.

Mike Lollo is our Corporate Reading and Literacy Specialist and Consultant. Mike offers 28 years of experience in teaching and learning, as a Read 180 Administrator and Coach, and as a school administrator. Bilingual, he holds a BA from Otterbein College and an MA from the Ashland University. His post-graduate coursework includes leadership and Literacy from Rio Grande University and Muskingum College. Mike is recognized for his ability to discover a person's individual talents. He uncovers what a worker's best skill set is and makes him/her a higher performing individual.
